We provide a valuation service for Finance,Insurance, (PAV) Pre Accident Value for damaged vessels, sunk or possible write off's required by Loss Adjusters, on behalf of Insurance companies. Pre-Sale Assessment, Partnership dissolution, Transfer in or out of a Trust, or for GST purposes. Court work, requiring expert witness reports as to valuations of vessels from $50,000 upwards. The minimum Valuation Fee is 285.00.plus GST. If the vessel is out of the Auckland Area, Mileage will be added, this will be agreed prior to the Valuation being undertaken. Valuations over 575,000. Multiply the Value by 0.0005, example. 625,000 x 0.0005 = 312.50. All charges are plus GST. 
Payment is required as quoted, in advance by clear fund to our Nominated account. The valuation will be sent to you via email, with the Invoice, withing 48 hours of receiving payment.
Exception only for our numerous Regular Commercial Clients, acknowledged by us. The Valuation is based on the gross expected realization between a willing seller and purchaser in the market, as it exists to day. It is not to be construed in any way as a document implying any Warranties as to the condition or Integrity of the vessel. In compiling this valuation, consideration has been given to comments made to the writer, by the Owner, or Owners Agent. Also, how the vessel is presented at the time of inspection. G.I.Marine Ltd is a Marine Brokerage, the writer is a Broker, including providing a valuation service, for well in excess of twenty years. This valuation is for the sole use of the entity to which it is addressed. No authority is given, by G.I.Marine Ltd, for this valuation to be relied on by others, without the written authority of G.I.Marine Ltd.
